Position Overview

It is Australia’s leading online signage and manufacturing company and has expanded to the US. With industry-leading turnaround times and 98% of jobs being produced in-house we are growing quickly!

Easy Signs is seeking a proactive and customer focused Account Growth Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer reach, nurturing existing client relationships, and supporting the transition of customers to our internal service teams. You will collaborate with various departments to implement growth strategies, track engagement using tools like Zendesk CRM, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about customer success and long-term retention.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the existing customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to acquire new customers.
  • Engage directly with clients via phone and email to build rapport and understand their needs.
  • Facilitate smooth handovers of customers to the Customer Happiness and Graphic Design Teams.
  • Track the performance of customer outreach tactics and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Propose and trial new ideas to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop and maintain accurate employee lists for client organizations.
  • Research and monitor opportunities with franchised or multi-location businesses.
  • Update and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Zendesk CRM.
  • Ensure all client communications are timely, accurate, and professionally documented.

Technical Skills

  • A degree qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Zendesk CRM or similar customer relationship software.
  • Ability to generate and interpret customer data and reports.
  • Competence in using communication tools (email, phone systems, possibly VoIP).
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and targeted marketing techniques.
