  1. Introduction.

    2. Web Site Visits. In general, you can visit on the Site without disclosing any personal information. Easy Signs analyzes aggregate, non-personal data gathered from Web Site visits for trends and statistics.

    3. Web Site Transactions. At times, Easy Signs will need personal information regarding a customer or a prospect. For example, to process an order or provide information, Easy Signs may need to know a customer’s name, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card details. In order to make a purchase and/or access designated subscriber services and/or restricted areas within the Site, Easy Signs will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, facsimile number, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. Easy Signs may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain customer’s account.

    2. Service Quality Monitoring. Some transactions may require a customer to telephone Easy Signs, or Easy Signs to call the customer. Easy Signs will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent, except to confirm an order placed online and/or to inform a customer of the status of such order. Customer should be aware that it is Easy Signs’s practice to monitor, and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.

    3. Information from Children. Easy Signs does not collect or maintain information from users actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of Easy Signs’s Web sites are structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

    4. Lost or Stolen Information. Help keep your personal information accurate. If your personal information has changed, please e-mail the new information to Easy Signs at the e-mail address shown in Paragraph 1(a). If you would like to review the personal information Easy Signs has in its files regarding the customer, e-mail your request to Easy Signs together with the description of a recent purchase.

    5. Links to Other Web Sites. The Site may contain links to other web sites. Easy Signs is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other Web sites.

  3. Uses Made of the Information.
    1. Limited Uses Identified. Personal information collected by Easy Signs will be used by Easy Signs for the following purposes: to improve and enhance our services by monitoring the areas on the site which are most popular to you. This aggregated information may be shared with Easy Signs affiliated companies and partners to provide them with an overview of how Easy Signs visitors use the site. This is done for the purposes of providing you with a more efficient website. This data is always used as aggregated, non-personal information.

    2. Marketing Uses. Unless customer opts out, Easy Signs reserves the right to provide customer with information about Easy Signs’s Web site, Easy Signs products and services, and related information in which customer has indicated an interest.

      The information you provide to the Site may also be collected, used, analyzed and/or processed by Easy Signs, or selected third parties on Easy Signs’s behalf, for marketing and other business purposes. Before Easy Signs uses the information, however, Easy Signs will notify customers and offer customers the opportunity opt-out if a customer wishes not to have personal identifying information used in this way.

    3. Stored Information Uses. Easy Signs stores and retains the information provided by customer. Stored information may be used by Easy Signs and its affiliated companies and partners: to support customer interaction with the Site; to deliver customer purchases; and/or to contact customer again about other Easy Signs services and products.

    4. Online Advertising. Some companies that help Easy Signs deliver interactive on-line advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about Easy Signs’s customers to help Easy Signs better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to Easy Signs’s customers. After it is collected the information is aggregated so it is not identifiable to a specific individual.

  4. Disclosure of the Information.
    1. Within Corporate Organization. Easy Signs is a multinational organization, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. Easy Signs may share your personal information within the Easy Signs corporate organization, and may transfer the information to countries in the world where Easy Signs conducts business. Some countries may provide less legal protection for customer personal information.

    2. Mergers and Acquisitions. Easy Signs never shares, sells or rents your personal information with third parties without prior notice to customer and the opportunity to opt-out. Easy Signs may share your personal information without your consent in connection with the transfer or sale of all or substantially all of Easy Sign’s business to a third party, whether by merger, sale of stock, sale of assets or otherwise.

    3. Agents. Easy Signs employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of Easy Signs. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which may include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services.

    4. Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. Easy Signs reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.

    5. Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. Easy Signs releases personal identifying information when Easy Signs reasonably believes release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce Easy Signs agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Easy Signs customers. Easy Signs may also release such information in an exchange of information with other companies and/or organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

  5. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
    1. No Tracking of Personal Information. Easy Signs’s Web site(s) are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but, again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

    2. Use of Cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to customer’s browser from a Web server and is stored on the computer’s hard drive. Easy Signs uses non-identifying cookies to provide easier site navigation. Easy Signs’s Web site(s) can still be used if customer’s browser is set to reject cookies. Easy Signs’s cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.

    3. Use of Other Technologies. Easy Signs may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its Web site(s) to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages of the Web site, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by Easy Signs or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customer’s visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.

    4. Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. Easy Signs may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the Site(s) in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on Site(s); Web site and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” Easy Signs or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.

    5. Collection of Personal Information. Easy Signs collects personal identifying information from customer during a transaction. Easy Signs may extract some personally identifying information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to help Easy Signs understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level.

  6. Information Security.
    1. Commitment to Online Security. Easy Signs employs physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing and payment data is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints. All Easy Signs agents and contractors with access to personal information on the Site(s) are also bound to adhere to Easy Signs security standards.

    2. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. Easy Signs will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, even transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, Easy Signs shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Easy Signs including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of Easy Signs staff and third parties.

  7. Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.
    1. Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on June 1, 2022. Easy Signs reserves the right to change its privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change will be posted on the Site for thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of such change.

    2. Opt-Out Right. Customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by Easy Signs and/or by any third parties with whom Easy Signs has shared and/or transferred such personal information. After processing the cancellation, Easy Signs will delete customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its data base.

  8. Access Rights to Data..
    1. Information Maintained by Easy Signs. Upon customer’s request, Easy Signs will provide a reasonable description of customer’s personally identifiable information that Easy Signs maintains in its data bank.     2. Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help Easy Signs to keep customer personal information accurate. If customer’s personal information changes, or if customer notes an error upon review of customer information that Easy Signs has on file, please promptly e-mail Easy Signs at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and provide the new or correct information.

    3. Your California Privacy Rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Easy Signs who are California residents to request certain information regarding Easy Signs’s disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. Within 30 days of receiving such a request from a California resident, Easy Signs will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. Easy Signs reserves its right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.

      California’s privacy laws require a company to provide notice to California users of their rights to receive information on to which entities their information was shared for marketing purposes.

    2. Terms of Use. If customer chooses to enter into a purchase order or to subscribe to Easy Signs’s services, customer’s action is hereby deemed acceptance of Easy Signs practices described in this policy statement. Any dispute over privacy between customer and Easy Signs is subject to the provisions of this notice and to Easy Signs’s Terms of Use Agreement which is hereby incorporated herein and which can be read at Terms & Conditions.
