Our Fabric Banners are perfect for advertising your products and your brand at events and exhibitions. They are printed on our premium SignWeave™ polyester fabric in full color using dye sublimation inks to create brilliant images that are durable.
We can finish your Fabric Banners with pole pockets so you can hang them from the roof for your next event, or with grommets to hang up indoors or outdoors. If you want to use them as a backdrop in your exhibition stand, we can simply hem the edges so you can stretch and pin them up.
Fabric Banners can be folded into a small, neat package and easily shipped without risking any damage, they are so lightweight and easy to travel with. Our quality fabric can be ironed or steamed to remove creases.

The Economy Fabric Banner is a 4 oz. SignWeave™ polyester material with a gloss sheen. As it is a thinner material it has some transparency which allows better ink bleed through, so the print will be seen in reverse on the other side. The Premium Fabric Banner is a 9 oz. polyester material with a matte finish. It is a thicker material with minimal transparency so it has very little ink bleed through. Both materials are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, however we recommend the Premium material for indoor use because of the matte finish and lack of transparency which reduces lighting glare and provides better indoor photographic results.
We expect both the Premium and Economy Fabric Banners to last for similar lengths of time.
We are sorry but we do not manufacture double sided Fabric Banners. It is possible to use 2 of the Premium Fabric Banners back to back, although there could be some bleed through of color from one banner to the other (as this material is not a blockout material). The Economy Fabric Banners are much more transparent so are not suitable for this purpose.
The maximum size we can manufacture in one piece is 106” H x 394” W (this is reduced to 102” H if supplied with 4” rod pockets on top and bottom).
We offer 3 sizes of Pole Pockets to fit 1”, 2” and 4” Diameter Poles:
1” Diameter Rod - 2” Lay Flat Pole Pocket
2” Diameter Rod - 3” Lay Flat Pole Pocket
4” Diameter Rod - 6” Lay Flat Pole Pocket
You will need to consider your individual circumstances to work out the most suitable pole size as we do not supply any poles. We can advise that the most common size used by our customers is 1” diameter dowel which is readily available from local hardware stores.
All of our Fabric Banners are printed using the dye sublimation process which provides a high quality print and vibrant colors.
When used internally (i.e. out of the sun and weather) they will last indefinitely.
When used outdoors the dye sublimation print will fade over time and the amount of fading will depend on the amount of UV the banner is exposed to. As an indication we would expect them to last 6 - 12 months before noticeably fading but this could vary depending on the conditions they are exposed to. Fabric Banners left out in harsh conditions are more likely to fade within 3 months of use.
It should be noted that polyester Fabric Banners supplied by other suppliers in America will last for the same amount of time as they are all printed with the same dye sublimation process.
We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It is also possible to use a warm iron but important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not contact the fabric.

If grommets are selected as a finishing option, you can then choose the grommet configuration from 2 options. Grommets will be placed in each corner and then will be placed a maximum of 20” or 40” apart (depending on your selection).
The Fabric Banners are sewn around the perimeter with 3 layers of the material to provide extra strength for the grommets. The grommets should not rip through these 3 layers when the banners are used in normal weather conditions. It should be noted that no banners should be left outdoors during extreme weather conditions.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
