We do not replace the printed banners on existing Retractable Banner stands - we only supply new complete units. The reasons for this are:
1. The labor cost involved in removing the old banner and installing a new banner into the stand is expensive
2. A number of banner stands will be destroyed when trying to change over the banners
3. A number of banner stands are in very poor condition and not worth re-using
4. Our low cost for the complete new units makes it a better option than changing over banners on existing units
Yes you can have a different design on the banner on each side of the stand. There is no extra charge for this.
The Retractable Banner Stand is designed for indoor use. We do not recommend using them outdoors as they act like a sail in the wind and will likely fall over, and the banner can tear or become damaged in windy conditions. They do, however, have good stability and the printed banner is water resistant. We are aware that a number of customers use them outdoors.
If you order a 33” wide Retractable Banner, you will receive 1 pole to support it from behind. Whereas if you order a 47” wide Pull Up Banner, you will receive 2 poles to support it from behind due to the extra width.
The printed banner in our Retractable Banners is a strong 13oz. polyester material with a PVC coating for vibrant prints! It is a 250 x 250 denier blockout material.

Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.

Our color management system ensures that all of our printers print the correct color every time.
As part of our color management system, we have profiled all of our printers and materials to print to the ISO12647 color standard. We also implement weekly color checks on all printers to ensure the accuracy of the color we are printing for our customers.
This makes sure that your color are printed perfectly - for every order.

Once you approve this design and checkout there will be no further checks, what you see above will be produced.

If you have multiple designs and want to use our editor, you can add another order of Double Sided Retractable Banners for each design.
Getting a new quote will erase any changes you have made to the template.
Switching to another template will erase any changes you have made in your current design.
Copying the design from the front side will erase the default design or the changes you have made to the back side.
Any changes you have made to the template will be erased.
