• How do you assemble a Tension Fabric Stand?

  We have an easy to follow assembly guide included with your Tension Fabric Stand and also available for download on this page. The guide will explain how to assemble your frame and then simply slide the banner over the top of the frame and pull it down until it reaches the bottom. Then using the zip at the bottom the fabric can be tensioned to ensure your display sits perfectly flat.

• How long will my Tension Fabric Stand order take to produce?

  < 9 units - 48 hours (2 working days) after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit if order is over $3300

• What components do the Tension Fabric Stands come with?

  The Tension Fabric Stands are supplied in a carry bag with several pieces that can be easily interlocked together to form the frame. The fabric banner is then stretched over the frame. Here is a list of the number of pieces supplied with your frame:

• What are the packed sizes and weights of the Tension Stands?

  Frame and fabric packed size and weight:

• What color will the other side be if I order a single sided Tension Fabric Stand?

  The 9oz. SignWeave™ Fabric Material starts off as a white color - and we then print onto it in full color. If you order a single sided Tension Fabric Stand, we will print onto the front of the fabric sleeve in full color (as per your artwork) and the back of the fabric sleeve will remain white.

• How can I remove any creases from the polyester fabric?

  We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It is also possible to use a warm iron but important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not contact the fabric.

• Can I use this as a Green Screen?

  Yes you can! We have the chroma green and chroma blue color codes on file that we can apply to the printed banner. We recommend using this product as a green screen as it provides a wrinkle-free, light absorbing, freestanding backdrop

• I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?

  Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
