Our Pop Up Tents come complete with a full color printed canopy and a heavy duty 1.6 inch hexagonal aluminum frame. We print your logo, text or images onto all sides of the canopy so it provides fantastic exposure for your brand at an amazingly low price. For even more brand exposure and protection from the elements, you can order the optional full or half walls for the back and/or the sides which includes single or double sided full color print. The printed tent is strong and lightweight which can be easily assembled in 5 minutes and then packed away in its own compact optional heavy duty carry bag with wheels. It is perfect for corporate events, school events, sporting club events, markets or anywhere a temporary shelter or canopy is required.

The canopy is made from a high quality 500D Oxford polyester material and includes high resolution full color printing. The material can be printed with any logo/design you choose!
The printed canopy and walls of our Pop Up Tents are printed using the dye sublimation process which provides high quality print and vibrant colors.
When used internally (i.e. out of the sun and weather) this printed fabrics will last indefinitely.
When used outdoors the dye sublimated fabrics will fade over time - and the amount of fading will depend on the amount of UV they are exposed to. As an indication we would expect the canopy fabric to last 6 - 12 months before fading, if being used outdoors continually. However Pop Up Tents are generally used outdoors for one or two day events so will last for a very long time.
The actual lifespan for the printed fabrics will depend on how long they are used outdoors and the conditions they are exposed to.
It only takes 2 people about 5 minutes to set up the Pop Up Tent. You can download our Assembly guide from the ‘Other Downloads’ section above. Once the canopy has been attached to the Pop Up Tent frame the first time, it can stay attached to the frame so future setup is even faster. However we recommend removing the canopy if the Pop Up Tent is being transported in a horizontal position.
The printed walls have velcro sewn along the top on one side - to allow it to attach to velcro sewn onto the inside of the Tent canopy skirt. This means that a single sided print is not reversible so it is important to select whether you want the print facing the inside or outside. One of these options, or double sided print, must be selected in the pricing calculator when you choose to order a wall for the Pop Up Tent.
The full back and side walls come with a strip of HOOK Velcro across the top and with Velcro loops down each side. The HOOK velcro strip at the top of the wall is attached to the LOOP Velcro on the valance of the canopy (the skirt of the roof) - and the velcro loops are attached around the vertical poles of the frame.
All our full walls are sewn with Velcro straps, so you can easily attach them to your tents. And they are finished with zippers sewn at the left/right, for easy access.

The steel base plates on the base of each leg has 2 holes where you can insert tent pegs to secure the Pop Up Tent. We strongly recommend that you obtain professional advice on what is required to secure your Pop Up Tent in your specific location. Please note that Pop Up Tents should not be used during strong winds as they can lift and become damaged.

The Half Walls Support Kits come with the following:
A) 10x10 Pop Up Tent
1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)
1 x 10ft telescopic support bar (the ends of the bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)
B) 15x10 Pop Up Tent
1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)
1 x 15ft insertable aluminum support bar - which consists of 1 x 10ft support bar plus an extension bar which fits into the end of the 10ft bar (the ends of the 15ft bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)
C) 20x10 Pop Up Tent
1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each corner post)
1 x metal double sided center connector (which clamps to the center post)
2 x 10ft insertable aluminum support bars (one end of each bar is inserted into the clear connector on the corner post and the other end is inserted into the clear plastic post connector)

You simply select the walls you would like for your Pop Up Tent and the pricing calculator will work out the price. You can then add it to your cart and proceed through checkout to submit your order.

We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It is also possible to use a warm iron but important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not contact the fabric.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.

If you have multiple designs and want to use our editor, you can add another order of Pop Up Tents for each design.
Getting a new quote will erase any changes you have made to the template.
Switching to another template will erase any changes you have made in your current design.
Copying the design from the front side will erase the default design or the changes you have made to the back side.
Any changes you have made to the template will be erased.
