• When can you dispatch my order for Pop Up Canopy accessories?

  These products are held in stock and orders placed and paid before 2pm EST will be packed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be dispatched next working day.

• What is the difference between the Aluminum and Steel Series Pop Up Canopy?

  Both series feature the same high quality full color printed canopy and walls, the main difference is the frame.

  • Steel Series: Powder-coated steel frame with a 12-month warranty. It’s our most economical option, available in 6.6’ x 6.6’ and 10’ x 10’ sizes. The frame is heavier, so it’s best suited for short transport distances.
  • Aluminum Series: Lightweight anodized aluminum frame available in two grades:
    • Standard Aluminum: 3-year warranty, available in 6.6’ x 6.6’, 10’ x 10’, 15’ x 10’, and 20’ x 10’.
    • Luxury Aluminium: Heavy-duty 2” hexagonal frame with a 5-year warranty, available in 10’ x 10’ and 20’ x 10’.

  If you’re after an affordable Canopy and don’t mind the extra weight, choose Steel. If you prefer a lighter, longer-lasting option, go with Aluminum.

• What is the difference between Standard and Luxury Aluminum Frames?

  The Luxury Aluminum Frames are heavier and more sturdy with a thicker 2 “ hexagonal frame and come with a 5 year warranty. The Standard Aluminum Frames are thinner with a 1.8” hexagonal frame and a 3 year warranty.

• Are the Waterbags, Sandbags, or Ropes & Pegs best to use to secure my Pop Up Canopy frame?

  The steel base plates on the base of each leg have 2 holes where you can insert universal tent pegs to secure the Pop Up Canopy. We also supply Waterbags and Sandbags which can be filled and attached to the posts of the Pop Up Canopy, however we strongly recommend that you obtain professional advice on what is required to secure your Pop Up Canopy in your specific location. Pop Up Canopies should not be used during strong winds.

• Can I use another supplier’s products with Easy Signs Pop Up Canopy products?

  We unfortunately cannot guarantee that products supplied by another supplier will be compatible with Easy Signs products. We recommend measuring your existing product very carefully before placing your order as not all frames and canopies are manufactured the same.

• Can I order different quantities of Ropes & Pegs, Waterbags and Sandbags?

  We only supply these accessories for Pop Up Canopies in sets of 4 or 6 - one for each post depending on your frame size. We do not supply them in other quantities.

• What comes with the Pop Up Canopy Half Wall Support Kits?

  The Half Walls Support Kits come with the following:

  
  

  a) 6.6x6.6 Pop Up Canopy

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)

  1 x 6 ft support bar (the ends of the bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  b) 10x10 Pop Up Canopy

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)

  1 x 10 ft telescopic support bar (the ends of the bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  c) 15x10 Pop Up Canopy

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)

  1 x 15 ft support bar - which consists of 1 x 10 ft support bar plus an extension bar which fits into the end of the 10 ft bar (the ends of the 15 ft bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  d) 20x10 Pop Up Canopy

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each corner post)

  1 x metal double sided center connector (which clamps to the centre post)

  2 x 10 ft support bars (one end of each bar is inserted into the clear connector on the corner post and the other end is inserted into the metal centre connector)

• How can I order the Pop Up Canopy Frame and Walls?

• What size Flags will fit on the Flag Mount?

  ​We recommend using a Flag that is no higher than 94” H on the mounts to ensure the Pop Up Canopy remains sturdy and doesn’t become too front-heavy. Easy Signs Flags that can be used with the mount are:

  • Extra Small (72” H) and Small (91” H) Teardrop Banners
  • Extra Small (79” H) and Small (94” H) Bow Banners
  • Small (59” H) and Medium (85” H) Rectangle Flags

  Larger Flags should only be used in calm weather and will require weights to be added to the legs.

• What Pop Up Canopy Frame do the Flag Mounting Brackets fit?

  The Flag Mounting Brackets will fit all sizes of Easy Signs frames.

• Can I Use the Waterbags in Freezing Conditions?

  Our Waterbags are designed to withstand conditions as low as 14 degrees Fahrenheit.
