• How long will it take to produce my Tension Fabric Displays?

  We can produce your order in as little as 24 hours after artwork proof sign off:

  4’11”, 6’7”, 8’ & 10’ Straight / 7’3” & 10’ Curved:

  < 3 units - 24 hours (1 working day) after artwork proof sign off
  < 9 units - 48 hours (2 working days) after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit if order is over $3300
  < 21 units - 3 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit
  < 41 units - 4 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit
  < 71 units - 5 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit

• What is the difference between a Curved and Straight Tension Fabric Display?

  ​It all comes down to your preference. A Straight Tension Fabric Display is a great option for creating a freestanding wall that will act as a backdrop for an event or exhibition, while our Curved Tension Fabric Displays have a curved shape that can be set up concave or convex and offer a more immersive and unique appearance.

• What components do the Straight Tension Fabric Displays come with?

  The Straight Tension Fabric Displays are supplied in a carry bag with several pieces that can be easily interlocked together to form the frame. The fabric banner is then stretched over the frame. Here is a list of the number of pieces supplied with each frame:

• What components do the Curved Tension Fabric Displays come with?

• Does my Tension Fabric Display come with feet?

  Your Straight Tension Fabric Display will come with feet and your Curved Tension Fabric Display will come without feet. The curved shape allows the wall to be stable without the need to add feet, but the straight display requires the feet to ensure the wall stays straight and upright just as you would expect.

• How do you attach the banner to the Tension Fabric Displays?

  Once you have set up the Tension Fabric Display Frame you simply slide the Fabric over the top of the frame and pull it down until it reaches the bottom of the Frame. We recommend that 2 people attach the Fabric as it needs to be stretched and to be pulled down evenly on both sides.

• What is the diameter of the frame for the Tension Fabric Displays?

  The Tension Fabric Displays have a strong 1.3” diameter tubular Aluminum Frame

• Can I use the display outdoors?

  We do not recommend using your Tension Fabric Display outdoors as the Fabric will act like a sail in the wind and it will easily blow over. We suggest using these indoors only. If your style comes with feet, the feet could have sandbags applied and/or the frame could be tied to something for support outdoors, however we cannot guarantee this would work and advise against it.

• How can I remove any creases from the polyester fabric?

  We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It is also possible to use a warm iron but important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not contact the fabric.

• Can I use this as a Green Screen?

  Yes you can! We have the chroma green and chroma blue color codes on file that we can apply to the printed banner. We recommend using this product as a green screen as it provides a wrinkle-free, light absorbing, freestanding backdrop

• I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?

  Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.

• How long do the LED Lights last?

  The LED Lights have a two year warranty.

• How bright are the LED Lights?

  The brightness of lighting is measured by Lumens. The LEDs are 1800 lumens.

• What temperature are the LED Lights?

  The temperature of the LED lights are 6000K, which is a cool white light.

• How do the LED Lights attach to the display?

  The LEDs have a clamp that can attach to the top bar of the tension fabric display frame. This can be tightened or loosened for fitting.

• How long is the cord to power the LED Lights?

  The LED Lighting power cord reaches to 3350mm.

• I purchased my Frame elsewhere, will your lights work on my Frame?

  Please note that these are only designed to fit on Easy Signs Straight and Curved Tension Fabric Display Frames.
