• How long will my order for Postcards take to produce?

  We can produce your Postcard order in as little as 24 hours from artwork proof sign off:

  < $1101: 24 Hours (1 working day) after artwork proof sign off
  < $2201: 48 hours (2 working days) after artwork proof sign off
  < $5501: 3 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit if over $3300
  < $11,001: 4 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit

• How are the Postcards printed?

  Our Postcards are printed on the HP Indigo 7800 Digital Press, which is the fastest 13 x 19 inch format digital sheetfed press in the market. The HP Indigo printers combine proven quality, versatility, and breakthrough intelligent automation to maintain the highest possible productivity. Sophisticated colour automation ensures accuracy and consistency from job to job.

• What coated papers do you use?

  We use the highest quality Coated Papers that are made to strict international environmental standards. The papers are coated with a Calcium Carbonate finish to provide a consistently smooth surface that is perfect for reproducing sharp images time after time.

• Why do you only offer coated Postcards?

  Coated Papers not only provide a sharper print quality, the coated materials are also more economical. By offering coated paper for our Postcards we believe you get the best value for money to communicate your message.

• How are the Postcards packed for delivery?

  Our Postcards are carefully packed inside our folding cardboard boxes and inserted into a mail satchel to ensure they arrive undamaged to your door!

• What does a Matte Lamination on my Postcards look like?

  You have the option to select a Matte Lamination on both sides or on the front only. If you plan on writing on the reverse side of your postcard we recommend selecting Matte Lamination front only to make writing on the back of the Postcard easier.

  The Matte Lamination provides a subtle and more sophisticated look to your graphics and will absorb light making your Flyer easier to read in well lit areas. The Matte Lamination can make some darker colours look slightly duller.

• Can I get a different lamination for my Postcards?

  Our Postcards come with a complimentary matte lamination on either one side or both sides. We do not offer any other options.

• Why would I only get one side laminated?

  We recommend that you select only one side to be laminated, when you would like to write on the other side. The unlaminated side can be written on with a ballpoint pen.

• Do you offer offset or litho printing processes?

  We do not offer traditional lithographic offset printing. Although by printing with our Ricoh Pro 9500C we can match or even exceed offset quality, allowing your prints to be used interchangeably with offset printing.

• Do you offer any other printing embellishments?

  No. Besides our great range of laminates, we do not offer any additional embellishments such as Spot UV coatings, foiling or embossing.

• I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?

  Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
